Starting in the PTR builds, Mac OS X users with Mac OS X 10.6 or earlier were given a warning with Patch 5.2 about support for Mac OS X 10.6.x going away soon. Thanks to some research by Ten Ton Hammer, some future changes have already been hinted at: In the aftermath of Theramore's Fall, Jaina Proudmoore has formed the Kirin Tor Offensive under the Alliance to explore Pandaria and Lorthemar Theron has split off as the Sunreaver Onslaught for the Horde. There are also reports of the continuation of the new warlock epic quest line that started in Patch 5.1.

* Lifting some of the Transmogrification restrictions.
* No confirmation so far.
* More Tillers related activities at Sunsong Ranch.
* Details in official PTR patch notes.
* Possible new raid with the Lei Shen (The Thunder King) or a mogu pretender as a final boss.
* Confirmed as a Thunder King raid by official PTR patch notes. In the aftermath of Theramore's Fall, Jaina Proudmoore has formed the Kirin Tor Offensive under the Alliance to explore Pandaria and Lorthemar Theron has split off as the Sunreaver Onslaught for the Horde. There are also reports of the continuation of the new warlock epic quest line that started in Patch 5.1. Both Season 13 Arena rewards and Tier 15 sets (along with set bonuses) have been revealed. A new Thunderforged sub-type of raid item quality has a chance to drop in the new Throne of Thunder raid. The Pandaria map has apparently been updated to show the Isle of Thunder and the Isle of Giants. Other sources have been reporting several new scenarios that aren't mentioned in the PTR patch notes, so they may not make the final patch release:

* Defense of the Alehouse
* This may not be a scenario, but a DotA-style battle ground in a future patch.
