In a Pull Up Block (kureo olligi) the blocking arm is pulled slightly across the body and then firmly upward to end at the level of the solar plexus. The arm should be held about on fist's distance away from the body and parallel to the ground. The off-arm is held with the fist back at the waist. The Pull Up appears, for example, in the form Sipjin.
