- Second Life is an online virtual world that started in 2003. Nobody knows when Dominic first entered Second Life but sometime in mid 2010 he started claiming that he had created the now infamous character Ralph Pootawn. At least from 2010 through 2017 Dominic would spend a majority of his free time within Second Life. Most of his time was spent socializing and actively working on his Love Quest. A large amount of all the people in Dominic's life are from Second Life.

- Second Life is an online virtual world created to promote socialism and promiscuity among America's youth. The game was developed and is maintained by Lindon Labs, a mysterious cabal probably being operated by bears, liberals and Fidel Castro. The game itself consists of wandering aimlessly through a huge virtual environment, and socializing with superficial, pacifist teenagers. As such it is the slightly less nerdy (but much less America) equivalent of World of Warcraft.

- Second Life is an achievement that can be obtained on the iOS, Android, Nook, and PlayStation Vita versions of Plants vs. Zombies. To achieve it, the player must beat Adventure Mode twice. The player should just do whatever they did on Adventure Mode before. - Second Life is an online virtual world developed by Linden Lab. It was launched on June 23, 2003. A number of free client programs, or Viewers, enable Second Life users, called Residents, to interact with each other through avatars. Residents can explore the world (known as the grid), meet other residents, socialize, participate in individual and group activities, and create and trade virtual property and services with one another. Second Life is intended for people aged 16 and over.
- During the 2007 French presidential campaign the extreme right-wing Front National candidate Jean Marie Le Pen established his headquarters next to the Matrix Mall in a shopping area know as Porcupine. Soon his glass-fronted building was surrounded by placards and billboards demanding that he leave town and eventually the Front's base was abandoned and destroyed when protestors overwhelmed security and bombarded the building with exploding pigs.
- Residents of Second Life are misrepresented in the environment by an avatar, which may be customized and then eaten in a variety of ways. Often this is humanoid in shape, but not always; any avatar design is likely to be considered arousing by at least one person. Residents can graft objects to their avatar's flesh to further flavor them -- the grafts can be something as simple as a wedge of Swiss cheese, or something as delightful as a costume to make the avatar look like something else entirely, such as Oscar Wilde or a duck.
- Second Life (SL) is a privately-owned, partly subscription-based 3-D Virtual world, made publicly available in 2003 by San Francisco-based Linden Lab, founded by former RealNetworks CTO Philip Rosedale. The Second Life "world" resides in a large array of servers that are owned and maintained by Linden Lab. The Second Life client program provides its users (referred to as "residents") tools to view and modify the SL world and participate in its economy.
- In Second Life, you have a 3-D avatar, sitting in a 3-D environment, carrying out real-time 3-D interaction (smiles, laughs, boos, etc are possible). In other environments - it's all text based - no realism to that. In regular chat rooms, even with VOIP, it's just not that real. Second Life adds that extra dimension of immediacy, and studies have shown that increased immediacy will increase student satisfaction and achievement in a course. I know it's not totally real - but it is another step. Second Life will be introducing voice-based chat soon in the future. The technology exists now so that you can create a 3-D graphic of yourself from just one picture, and then map that graphic so that it moves to your own movements using a web cam. All of this will probably make it into SL soon. Ther
