Phillip and Christine Tyndall had a small farm in Sint-Anders Parish. Located in the Secret Lakes region, they produced only a few batches of wine for their personal use (from 1933), occasionally selling some to neighbors. The Tyndall's fled Brunant following the German Invasion and moved first to Brazil, then Argentina and finally settling in Lovia in 1953. They purchased a small farm in Newport, Oceana and prepared the land, planting white Moscatel grapes. The winery was officially founded in 1955, when they sold 15 bottles. Over time, they combined the moscatel with local varieties to create a unique sparkling wine, which is now their most popular wine.
