Frank was a friendly man who loved children and was always very helpful. That is not to say he was an easy mark, he was well prepared, and well trained. Frank trained often with his blade to keep in form. From 1990 to 1994 he beheaded four Immortals that came hunting for his head.

In 1994 he found Kenneth, an Immortal who met his first death when he was still a child over 800 years previously. Kenny, however told Frank he was much younger, less that 20 years old. Frank became Kenneth's protector, and behaved like a father to him. One day, when he took Kenny fishing, Frank was not paying attention to the boyish immortal's furtive actions, Kenneth took his sword and beheaded Frank from behind.
