- A fish-like bounty hunter, named "Fishman" in the credits, appears at the beginning of Episode VIII: Jack versus Mad Jack, inside a bar full of bounty hunters. He taunts Jack, then slurps his tea and threatens to kill him before Jack strikes, knocking all of the bounty hunters inside the bar unconscious. However, in the shot where all the bounty hunters fall down, Fishman is conspicuously missing, perhaps insinuating that, like a fish, he slipped away at the last second. He is voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson.
- José Ángel Nájera Sánchez, best known under the ring name of Fishman, is a retired Mexican professional wrestler who became one of Lucha Libre's biggest stars during the 1980s with the Universal Wrestling Association. Fishman retired in 2000.

- Fishman (魚人 Gyojin?) (Fishmen in plural) are race of ghost-like aliens that appeared in Ultraman Gaia. Subtitle: Illusion Monster (幻影怪物, Gen'ei Kaibutsu Illusion Monster?)
- Fishmen are characters from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. They are found in the Great Sea, and they are depicted as fish with human-like faces. If Link pours All-Purpose Bait in the Great Sea while near a Fishman, it will surface and eat the bait. As a reward, they will paint the nearby island on Link's Sea Chart and give him information about the area as well. In the water, a Fishman is a silhouette of a fish. Some time in the past, Daphnes Nohansen Hyrule helped them out and this is the reason they are willing to help Link. The Fishmen refer to him only as a boat though, indicating that they either only knew him as the King of Red Lions, or they know his true identity but are keeping it secret. For some unknown reason, Loot the sailor seems to think of them as evil.
