The Latchkey Program, which operates during the school year, helps working parents by providing staff supervision for students in before and after school, on school grounds. During the summer, parents can drop their kids off at Hampton's Day Camp Program, and staff will escort them to a variety of activities and lessons. Parents currently pay $17 for 1 child; $20 for two children; and $26 for three children. Council will vote on the fee increase at its meeting at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 27, 2010.
