Always dedicated to the expansion of the wiki, her edits are often hindered by the absence of sysop tools. During this point, she approaches me, asking that I edit such and such locked page or delete another page. With the use of DwemerBot, she has helped us re-categorize the wiki, root out unruly redirects, and more. She is an expert on Morrowind and uses the construction kit to no end. She has a keen sense for the policies of the wiki and how they operate. Numerous times new editors approach her for advice, instead of coming to an admin. Our wiki has experienced dark hours in the past, where little to no staff activity was to be had, but when I came to check out the Recent Changes, I saw GramsJ's name here. Still. Recently, I gave sysop tools to DwemerBot, so she could help me complete some leftover category tasks. She employed the tools well, and seems to have a grasp of them already. With them, we could also give DwemerBot permanent sysop tools, in case we ever needed to massively delete images, categories, or anything else. When it comes to making GramsJ an administrator, I see a hundred reasons to say "yes" and none to say "no". --—Deyvid Petteys (bother \ stalk) 07:45, August 16, 2012 (UTC)
