Ing Webtrap is a rare enemy found in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes that appears only once in the entire game. Found in the Dark Agon Wastes, they block all the doors of Battleground when Samus battles a horde of Warrior Ing for a Dark Temple Key. Once the Warrior Ing are killed, the Webtraps are removed from the doors and are never seen again, making their scan critical. They are very similar in appearance to Weblings, but unlike them cannot be damaged by Samus' weapons, only disappearing once the Ing that summoned them are killed.
