During the first weeks after Diligence's caravan left The Wheel, the noise of the choirwolves would keep them awake at night. Most of the caravan's members used ear-stopples given to them by Breitling to deal with it, but Diligence preferred to rely on mental techniques taught to her by Pomponderant to filter out the noise.
