William Russ (born October 20, 1950) is an American actor who appeared in the NCIS Season 9 episode, The Tell (episode). He previously appeared in the 90s coming of age series, "Boy Meets World" and also guest-starred in the Canadian/American sci-fi series, "Stargate SG-1", appearing in the Season 1 episode, "The Enemy Within". He also appeared in the JAG Season 9 episode, "Fighting Words" and the JAG Season 10 episode, "This Just In From Baghdad" and the NCIS: Los Angeles Season 5 episode, "Recovery".
