Is an evaluation request really necessary? Or is a simple once-over of experience, knowledge (of policies) and community participation by a volunteer enough. I know I have a evaluation request in progress right now and people might say I just want to get in, but I am genuinely wondering. Is this "bureaucracy" I was told not to have, many times? 222 talk 07:21, August 19, 2010 (UTC) There's a difference between knowing policies and being able to communicate and organise. 11:44, August 19, 2010 (UTC)
