Album: Black Sea, Transistor Blast, Coat Of Many Cupboards, Fossil Fuel, Waxworks, The Compact XTC, Look Look Song Notes: I recently read an interview with Andy Partridge that he was disappointed with this single (though not as much as "Sgt. Rock"), and wishes he could re-write it over again. In a way, I kind of agree, but this is one of those weird songs where I simulataneously really dig it and also kinda don't like it. I think I tend to go "Oh, I don't like that one much" until it comes on, at which point, I end up singing along and all that kind of thing. It's got that weird quality to it, and Andy Partridge does that weird kind of whining quality with his vocal that sometimes I really dig and sometimes kind of annoys me.
