Douglas Logan was the avatar taken up by Rygel in a Scarran-created simulation designed to break John Crichton's mind. Logan, an American, was the project administrator of the Farscape-1 mission and was unhappy that Crichton had crashed the module. He met with the astronaut to figure out a way to bounce back from their failure, but Crichton refused to take the meeting seriously, instead taunting the apparent Hynerian and flinging cards at his face. Given that much of Crichton's vision came from his own memories, it is not known whether there was a real Douglas Logan on Earth.

| - Douglas Logan was the avatar taken up by Rygel in a Scarran-created simulation designed to break John Crichton's mind. When Logan later tried to catch Crichton after he walked out of the meeting, Crichton picked him up and threw him off of the top of a parking garage, seemingly to his death. However, as Crichton's hallucination began to unravel, Douglas later reappeared in his office, safe and sound. And as the hallucination reached its apex, he reappeared once again in a bdsm outfit whilst whipping Crichton. Given that much of Crichton's vision came from his own memories, it is not known whether there was a real Douglas Logan on Earth.
