- Bud was an American Army UH-60 Black Hawk pilot. He trained Mexican Colonel Carlos Ontiveros. In 2013, he was deployed to Mexico after General Ontiveros launched a rebellion. Carlos took over his helicopter and shot Bud as Scott Mitchell watched on camera.
- Bud is a plant created by Deremos, using the powers of the Shadow Demons to survive, each golden ball around it's neck holding one of the Shadow Demons. After Deremos has been gone for a while, he blooms, and takes controls of the Shadow Alliance. He has the power to easily defeat the Rangers, and has power levels on par with Demia.

- Bud (バド Bado), also known as the Bird Man (鳥男 Tori Otoko), is a Zyuman who gave the King's Credential to Yamato Kazakiri when he was a child. He was the one that stole the King's Credentials years ago, his hatred for Zyuland's mistreatment of humans, and for the death of his first human friend. He later became Zyuoh Bird (ジュウオウバード Jūō Bādo).
- Bud was an individual in a detective novel Data was reading in early 2364 to become more prepared for a Dixon Hill adventure. In this novel, his foster father was Cap Fallon. (TNG: "The Big Goodbye" ) This character was only mentioned in writing. The pages seen in the episode were actually from the detective novel, The Listening Man, by author John A. Moroso.
