- At the beginning of the level, a straight path leads to a gap of lava. A platform is on the other side of the gap with a DK Barrel and a Skellyrex on it. There are two smaller platforms with Banana Bunches on them just ahead, and they slowly sink into the lava when stepped on. When the apes reach the last of these platforms, another platform falls from above and sinks into the lava slowly as well. If the Kongs travel along this, they can reach two more platforms standing above the lava, which sink when stood on. The two platforms have a wide gap between them, however, a Tiki Buzz is in it to help them cross it. Squeeklies also fly at this point, which the apes can also bounce on to cross the gap. A long, solid platform is ahead that falls from above. Three Skellyrexes are on it, along with Bananas and Banana Coins. When the primates reach the end of the platform, a large structure falls into the lava. The large structure has a few platforms sticking out of it. As it sinks, the heroes must climb the platforms to avoid coming in contact with the lava. Just as they approach the top of the structure, an even larger structure falls into the lava. Just like before, the apes must climb up the platforms attached to the structure as the structure sinks into the lava to survive. The apes must also dodge some Squeeklies. Soon, another structure with a solid platform on it appears next to it, with another platform falling by it (this platform has an urn on a stand that can be pounded to cause it to break and release a collectible; most likely). The Kongs then reach a large gap with three Tiki Buzzes and an Extra Life Balloon above it. Once they cross the large gap, the Kongs can reach a platform with purple spikes in the middle of it (as well as Banana Bunches and a poundable urn on it). A similar platform is right next to it after a gap, and since they are both attached to the same structure they both sink at the same time when they are landed on. The apes must carefully travel across them while avoiding a Tiki Buzz and a Skellyrex on the second platform to make another platform fall ahead that they can use. Squeeklies attack the primates here. Shortly after landing on this platform (note: this platform has another urn that can be pounded to cause it to break and release a collectible), a platform covered in purplish-pink spikes falls in front of the Kongs. When it sinks, a platform that is 100% safe to step on appears that the apes can use to proceed to a smaller platform that soon plummets into the lava. There is a gap with a Tiki Buzz is after this. After the Kongs pass this, they will reach a small platform connected to a large structure. A platform with small platform with sharp, purplish-pink spikes in the center of it is also attached to the structure and some Squeeklies fly here. There is also a third platform with an urn on it, as well as a Puzzle Piece looming beneath it. A gap follows, but a Tiki Buzz floats above it to help the apes cross it. A platform is connected to a structure on the other end of the gap. There is a platform ahead of it, which the apes can reach by using the green, grassy turf on a higher platform. After the primates pass these three platforms, they come up to another small gap with a Tiki Buzz in it. Two pillar-like platforms follow that sink into the lava when stood on. They are quite far apart from each other, however, a Tiki Buzz flies between them, that the Kongs can bounce on to reach the other platform. When the primates reach the second platform, a large structure falls behind them, with a wall of green, grassy turf on it. The apes can climb the turf to find a pair of platforms (two platforms). The first platform has an urn on it, which contains a Puzzle Piece. Eventually, another grassy turf-covered structure falls near the Kongs. As they reach the end of the grassy turf, it curves to the left towards another platform below it. Two smaller platforms following it can be used to climb to the top of the structure, which has a section of spikes on it. Two walls covered in grassy turf fall when the Kongs jump over the harmful spikes. The apes can ascend using the walls' grassy turf to avoid sinking into the deadly lava. As the apes climb, they must hop between the walls so they can climb to the top of the wall on the right, which has two small platforms above it. As the primates advance up these platforms, a curved structure covered in grassy turf falls toward them, with a long wall of grassy turf on the opposite side. The primates must climb along the curved structure so they can reach the wall of grassy turf on the opposite side with ease. As they climb the wall, it begins to curve to the right, letting them off to the top of the wall. After a small gap of lava, the Kongs can access an area with a blue Rare Orb in it. Once the apes grab the orb, the level is completed.
