Harold Godfrey Judd (1878 - 5 January 1961) was an accountant and local politician active in the Hampstead area. Born in China, he was the son of of a missionary. He became a chartered accountant and was eventually senior partner in the firm of Mann, Judd & Co. He worked for the government in both world wars: in 1915 he was appointed to the Ministry of Munitions, becoming Director of Accounts (National Factories) and then Director of Contracts. He was made a CBE in the New Year's Honours, 1918.

He was made a CBE in the New Year's Honours, 1918. From 1939-46 he was employed by the Ministry of Supply as Director of Salvage and Recovery. He was in charge of the collection and reuse of waste materials, working in cooperation with local authorities and the armed forces. A member of Hampstead Borough Council, he served two consecutive terms as Mayor of Hampstead in 1951-2 and 1952-3.
