Clem Barstow was a phantom truck driver with a dislike of bikers. He was clubbed to death by a gang of bikers several years previous to his encounter with the Ghost Rider. Apparently anyone who bikes on a certain road late at night dies a grisly death, supposedly because of Clem. Clem also says he can't leave his truck, and he can only appear at night. However, he isn't evil - just bad tempered. He helps Blaze rescue Mitch from a gang of bikers.
