Adapted to the uneven terrain of the Frozen Plains, it leaps from platform to platform most of the time, this makes the Old World Barioth more muscular, with even better flying abilities that beat those of a Rathalos. The fangs are usually a little slendier, but overall the same lenght as other Barioths, while the scales are softer and has more and longer fur. It commonly feeds on Popo, but has also been sighted killing and eating a tigrex with ease.
