After examining the churches in Lovia, Taiyō found that all of the churches were traditional; Taiyō then decided to construct the CCL. The CCL was built in the time span of five years and is 100,000 square feet, and the construction of the building was funded by donations and profits of Taiyō Direct Current. The total cost of the building was not released to the public but Taiyō assured the public that all donations were put into the building of the church. Quality Food Services, Ltd. are leasing portions of the church to use as their headquarters currently.
