Despite being good friends with one another, Saji is very envious and jealous of Issei, as the latter is getting stronger and the only one of the two to get their master to fall in love with him and becoming lovers, while Saji is still facing trouble with Sona. He even got more annoyed when Sona shows a smile towards him.
