- In an attempt to get rid of homework once and for all, Janet and Jake start a school petition. Meanwhile, Hailey and Huang get stuck in detention and attempt to escape.
- School is closed for the day due to 3 feet of snow falling the previous night, so the gang attempt to go outside and enjoy their day off, however, they end up getting lost downtown and struggle to get to their respective homes.
- Mr. Roop is fired and replaced by Mrs. Atroz, who is even worse than Mr. Roop. So the students conduct a plan to get Mrs. Atroz fired and get Mr. Roop back. Meanwhile, Luthor attempts to convince Mrs. Atroz to be even crueler than she currently is.
- The third graders become obsessed with a new mobile game called Super Flappy Temple Birds. The middle schoolers come to visit for a choir tour. Jessie brags to her older sister Ashlynn and is told that the middle schoolers discovered the app first. The third graders declare war on the middle schoolers and assemble an army to take them down. Meanwhile, the kindergarteners try to get on the third graders playground during recess.
- Mr. Astros decides to take the kids on a surprise field trip to the county prison. They are each given a red happy face on their arm to signify they aren't a prisoner. Janet, Hailey, Jake, Huang, W-Guy, and Jessie idiotically decide to splash in the puddles and their happy faces wash off. When the class leaves, they are mistaken for prisoners.
- W-Guy is faced with the problem of saving the family computer from a virus threatening to wipe all of its files. W-Guy is angered that he has to spend a day of his winter vacation fixing his computer so, he decides to turn it into his own "RPG".
- Kitty begins coming out of her shell causing the boys to become attracted to her temporarily, so the girls decide to get them unattracted so they will get more attention. Meanwhile, the kindergarteners go on a field trip to the zoo.
- Elections for Class President finally begin, and Luthor signs up for it, eager to win. In order to prevent Luthor from becoming class president, the gang encourage Hailey to sign up for it to go against Luthor. However, creating a good campaign is harder than it looks. Meanwhile, Joe and Tyrone forget to turn in their homework, and must constantly distract the teacher from remembering they had homework in order to avoid getting in trouble.
- The respective offspring of Syndicate start their first day of school at the Elysium Elementary School.
- Kitty, the new girl, moves in town and fails to make any friends, so Huang decides to take her under his wing. Meanwhile, Joe becomes attracted to Janet and Jake clashes with a hobo with panda hating tendencies.
- Janet and Hailey are both assigned to work together for a science project, but they continuously procrastinate and decide to do other things instead. However, on the day before the project is due, they have no other choice but to attempt to complete it all in one night. However, they struggle to stay awake the whole night. Meanwhile, Joe is dared by another student to pull the fire alarm in the middle of class.
- W-Guy gets detention for the first time, and ends up becoming influenced by the kids who usually get detention, and ends up getting detention every day. While the gang tries to make him snap out of out, Luthor plans to get the detention kids into part of his alliance.
- Tyrone sets out to get revenge on Santa Claus for once again not getting his bike.
- Jake and Jessie find an old piece of notebook paper. Thinking it's an old treasure map, they go on a quest to find the perfect snack cakes. Meanwhile, Joe and the other Kindergartners attempt to get seconds at lunch with no success.
- W-Guy's comic collection goes missing, and he thinks that one of his friends did it, so he locks everyone in the janitor's closet until someone admits to committing the crime.
- The third graders get bored on their first day of winter break and decide to play Super Heros. Huang is The Incredible Nerd, Jessie is Gossip Girl, Jake is Fat Man, Janet is Judge Janet, Hailey is Psychic Girl, and W-Guy is Captain Letter Creature. Together they fight the ice cream man as they think he charges too much for fudge pops. Meanwhile, Joe trys to make his parents buy him a giant toy car with no sucess.
- Janet and Jessie are both dared to spend the night in the janitor's closet, which is fabled to be haunted by the ghost of the previous janitor. Meanwhile, concerned about their safety, Huang and Hailey attempt to find the Janitor's ghost in a Ghostbusters parody
- The kids take their mid year tests all while a man breaks into the school in search of a sacred treasure believed to be hidden in the third graders class room. The children then learn a dark secret about their teacher and question the truth behind the school.
- After learning that her grades are steadily getting worse, Janet is forced to take the weekend "Extra Credit" course for a month. However, once there, she discovers a secret society of students who seek to retaliate against the school staff for giving them bad grades to begin with.
- The gang decides to "strike" the school and stay outside all day when they are all assigned book reports. The teachers find out and a fight breaks out, leading the students to be expelled for 3 days. Meanwhile, Tyrone and Aubrey attempt to figure out how to spend their day when Joe is sick and at home.
- Strange things start happening as the third graders take their first math test. Meanwhile, Joe the Marksman meets Tyrone and trouble ensues.
- After Luthor starts hitting her, Jessie punches Luthor, breaking his nose and is sent to the principals office only for Luthor to lie and say that Jessie started the fight. Jessie's friends must help her prove she's innocent. Meanwhile, Aubrey cheats at bingo, enraging the other kindergarteners.
- Luthor teams up with Prince Jerk and they invent the "F Minus Machine", a machine that mind controls teachers into giving students bad grades no matter what. Meanwhile, W-Guy and Jake end up getting locked inside the boy's bathroom.
- This episode is in Luthor's point of view and explores his thoughts on why he hates the other children as well as reveals much about his past.
- In order to avoid taking a math test, Joe and Tyrone skip school and attempt to spend the entire day in downtown Elysium. Meanwhile, Prince Jerk tries to get Hailey to join his "alliance" with Luthor.
- The third graders go to Papa Squeegees to get lunch. After they learn the Restaurant is for sale, they pitch in to buy it so they can get rid of Luthor. Once they get the restaurant, they learn it isn't easy running it.
- The third graders team up with the prisoners to help them get out of the jail. Meanwhile, Joe and the kindergarteners start spreading rumors that the janitor is a runaway criminal.
- Prince Jerk creates the Keshiki Club. Meanwhile, the kindergarteners try to join but can't.
