(ENT: "Daedalus") On his first day in flight school, Archer had his photograph taken. (ENT: "Similitude") He met Margaret Mullin while in flight school, at the age of twenty-four, and, the night before he graduated, he asked her to marry him, though she declined, saying she preferred not to become "a Starfleet widow." (ENT: "Twilight") Archer, while attempting to pilot Enterprise NX-01 through a debris field from the ship's helm as T'Pol gave him navigational instructions from her scope at the science station, admitted that he felt as if he was back in flight school.
