Ethiopian "Little Fried Snacks". Dabo kolo is a spicy, crunchy bited-sized snack bread. In Ethiopian, dabo means "bread" and "kolo" is the term for roasted barley. They will look like flat peanuts, and are served as a snack or with cocktails, and like peanuts, once you start eating them you can't stop.
