The Lodamun Royalist Uprising was the conflict between republicanist and royalist factions in the Lodamun Republican Union. Tensions began to rise after the fall of several economic institutions in Lodamun and the poor response of the Republican government to act. Prior to the economic fall, high taxes and out of control budget spending were constructed by radical republicans to punish citizens for being below society, plunged the Lodamese standard of living into record lows. The movement to bring back the Lodamun Royal Kingdom, or the United Kingdoms of Lodamun exploded; parties like the National Royalist Front and the Worker's Royalist Front were formed as opposition to the Republic and other parties.

Heinrich I, one of Terra's most powerful people and Monarch, offered a hand of friendship to the Lodamese people particularly the Hulstrians living there in Norstavan, Golavia, and Andalay, pledging assistance to help wave through the economic crisis to create stablity for the upcoming Monarchy. With a royalist movement already in play, Lodamun needed a King, and the citizens decided in return for his generosity he would become the new King of the United Kingdoms of Lodamun. Kurt von Vailer introduced the title of "His Royal Highness, Lord Protector of the Commonwealth Realms, King Heinrich I" to the legislative body and Heinrich himself gaining approval from both.
