Jim Dottellis is a former NASCAR driver from Lanham, MD. He competed in four Nationwide Series events in his career.
Dottellis' debut came in 1982, when he competed at Richmond. Starting positions in both of his starts that year are unknown, but Dottellis ran a respectable race and finished 14th. Unfortunately he struggled at Martinsville later that year, completing just twenty laps and finishing 38th.
Dottellis' other two events came during the 1983 season. Both starts came at Martinsville, and both were struggles for the driver. Starting 15th in the spring event, Dottellis lost his brakes early and finished 26th. But he fared far worse in the season finale, losing an engine finishing 38th.
