| - Unless they explain their reason for adding unrelated Trivia, it will be treated as vandalism, and I will revert it. Also, the user who keeps editing it is famous for ignoring discussions, so starting one will do no good. 31.11.101.253 (talk) 22:15, May 11, 2013 (UTC) Learn to compare the difference, banned IP-Addressed User. So I objected! --iFredCat 21:02, May 12, 2013 (UTC) What difference? It was agreed not to compare to other unrelated cards. Now, if you do not have any reason why this card is connected to those cards, I will obviously revert it since that is the current policy. 190.124.165.194 (talk) 21:05, May 12, 2013 (UTC) Ask Gallis Man because he was the one reverted it back in. If you don't think so, stop revert and start ask. It's best way to do is to ask question now and shoot later, not shoot now and ask question later. Your comment backfired, so I disagreed and therefore enforced to revert your "vandalism". --iFredCat 21:45, May 12, 2013 (UTC) OK, fine, why don't we get an admin's opinion on this? I keep telling you that that trivia is against the current policy. 190.124.165.194 (talk) 21:46, May 12, 2013 (UTC) Why bother asking me? Go ask them immediately. After all, I only remains on the one who I trusted. --iFredCat 21:48, May 12, 2013 (UTC) Oh, and Hawk also disagreed to your opinion, so stop revert that edit and 'talk' already! --iFredCat 21:49, May 12, 2013 (UTC) Who of them deals with trivia then? And this doesn't count on majority because this has already been established by a policy. If they want to revert the policy, then they should bring it up in a forum. 190.124.165.194 (talk) 21:50, May 12, 2013 (UTC) Okay, this has gotten out of hand. For what reason do you people agree or disagree with this statement? Because as far as I am informed there are plenty of trivia pages that mention similarities, oppositions and equalitis of effects.--Hawk00Refferencer (talk • contribs) 21:55, May 12, 2013 (UTC) And they are in the process of being removed according to the new policy. 190.124.165.194 (talk) 21:56, May 12, 2013 (UTC) What new policy?--Hawk00Refferencer (talk • contribs) 21:57, May 12, 2013 (UTC) 190.124.165.194 (talk) 21:58, May 12, 2013 (UTC) And? Gallis's fine with that trivia part, so shut up and talk to them, not us here. --iFredCat 22:02, May 12, 2013 (UTC) He is not an admin. What he thinks makes no impact on the policy. 190.124.165.194 (talk) 22:03, May 12, 2013 (UTC) "This is a section we get a lot of stick over from many players and readers, because the quality of the trivia we have is so poor, and in many cases, completely unproven. We want this to disappear, and save the 'worthwhile' trivia (usually Trivia related to a card's place in the universe of Yu-Gi-Oh!) within the main card page itself." How does this relate to the issue?--Hawk00Refferencer (talk • contribs) 22:03, May 12, 2013 (UTC) Last I checked, you ain't no admin either. So what gives you the right?--Hawk00Refferencer (talk • contribs) 22:05, May 12, 2013 (UTC) I am also no Admin, IP-Addressed User, but you should cut that attitude out before I called the big weapon. If you want that trivia to remove; Go. Talk. The. One. Who. Disagreed. To. J00! --iFredCat 22:06, May 12, 2013 (UTC) Read the whole discussion, not just one part of it. "A few notes on trivia. Much could be moved to the prose sections of the new card pages. "Good" trivia" is something we can easily maintain that way ("this card appears in the artwork of "X", this card is the strongest "X", etc). The rest of the trivia is not a great loss and I wouldn't object to just getting rid of all of it (this is the sixth card that X, LOL really unlikely reasonthis is why "Number whatever" is that number, "this card looks like something from outside YGO because both things were based on the same thing", etc)." 190.124.165.194 (talk) 22:08, May 12, 2013 (UTC) Why would I talk to him separately? That's highly unproductive. The discussion would wind up in two places... If he wants, he can make his point here. 190.124.165.194 (talk) 22:09, May 12, 2013 (UTC) Cut the excuse - joking all you want, but without talk to him about the reason why you want it out - you have no power to remove that at all! If you want to continue, I would suggest you to visit his page and respond over there, not here. Gallis don't know about the bull of why the whole war is going on behind his back until you grab his shirt and turn him around. [END OF THE DISCUSSION IMMEDIATELY.] --iFredCat 22:12, May 12, 2013 (UTC) I can discuss the trivia on the talk page since that's what it was designed for, but if you want, I'll just tell him that there's a discussion here. Also, yo ucan't end the discussion when nothing has been resolved. 190.124.165.194 (talk) 22:14, May 12, 2013 (UTC) If that is what you're after, then perhaps the entire section was misnamed. Last I checked, Trivia concerns trivial information. As far as people can see, this card indeed does resemble another monster and it indeed does have the same concept in mind as Type-6. Trivial information. Besides, it has helped people in the past finding cards that are similar, yet in crucial ways different than the mentioned ones. It's those tiny things that helped them beat the tiny differences that usually cause trouble. Those sections are already bleak enough. Why would you have a reason to empty them out further?--Hawk00Refferencer (talk • contribs) 22:16, May 12, 2013 (UTC) And, why do you think that this was my decision? I told you countless times that this was decided by admins not to add such trivia. Not me. I am just enforcing this policy. Telling me that you disagree with it won't change the policy. That's why I want an admin to come and tell you this. 190.124.165.194 (talk) 22:18, May 12, 2013 (UTC) Then your work here is done. Tell that rogue admin to fight his own battles, I will not quarrel over such things with people lacking dedication.--Hawk00Refferencer (talk • contribs) 22:22, May 12, 2013 (UTC) Then I will then remove it, since that is according to the current policy, which you have failed to refute in any way. 190.124.165.194 (talk) 22:23, May 12, 2013 (UTC) With Hawk's comment, therefore the Discussion here has ENDED - go out and let's see if you can't crashing the truck on Admins' talk page! --iFredCat 22:24, May 12, 2013 (UTC) No, the discussion will end when an admin has declared it to end. 190.124.165.194 (talk) 22:25, May 12, 2013 (UTC) When this admin comes, we will stand ready. You fought a loosing battle without his support here. FredCat, would you do the honor, please?--Hawk00Refferencer (talk • contribs) 22:26, May 12, 2013 (UTC) Ok, I've read my name and was asked to write something here, then I'm taking the floor. For me it was simply a matter that the effect of "Number 85: Crazy Box" is almost the same as "Dangerous Machine Type-6". I know that you no longer want to read: "This card's effect is similar to...". Between Crazy Box and Dangerous Machine are definitely similarities. You can't deny that. But how to describe it otherwise? "This card is an Xyz Monster version of "Dangerous Machine Type-6"? Hm, perhaps you think of something better. --TheGallisMan 00:30, May 13, 2013 (UTC) We can't just reword it. It was already agreed not to compare cards based on effects alone. It just happens that both cards have effects that correspond to every possible die roll. If, hypothetically, it were called "Number 85: Crazy Box Type-6," then we could say for sure that these 2 cards were connected since it would be obvious. 190.124.165.194 (talk) 16:11, May 13, 2013 (UTC) So, according to the new policy, this trivia is not acceptable. Can an admin delete it? 190.124.165.194 (talk) 19:56, May 22, 2013 (UTC)
