Mandalorian: RL was implicated in the big guild war a while ago but have since withdrawn, why? Rudedog: We were really not implicated in the war as NPO declared a KOS on us but it was simply time for the Llamas to regroup after four months of war out of five including fighting our butts off against BORG to begin that period Mandalorian: So would you say you got off fairly well? Rudedog: If you mean did we take a beating, then we gave as good as we got with BORG and actually GREW during the last war but still the lower level guys who got pounded twice in a row needed some time to get their defenses up. Mandalorian: Understandable. Rudedog: I care about my guild mates and could not, in good conscience, thrust them into another conflict on the heels of the last two without any time to rest Mandalorian: The mark of a good Guild Master, but, notwithstanding your lower level members, could you have kept up the fight, BORG are good fighters, and quite ruthless, trust me I know… Rudedog: We are bred to fight. Anyone who has ever attacked us learns a lesson about our resolve and tactics. I think BORG was surprised to find that we are tenacious and fight very well without having to flame the living crap out of them on the forums too. That is just bonus fun for us. Mandalorian: Let step away from the Big guild war for now, and I'd like to hear you about the recent LMNOP that has been issued. Rudedog: We currently have no guildwide LMNOP's so you might have to talk to the ONE Llama that declared on an entire guild by himself. Mandalorian: Sorry my mistake, does RL have an official stance on that? Rudedog: OUR official stance is that if you piss TAB off, you better have a TON of fleet and watch out because he will make you bleed no matter what. Mandalorian: Seems pointless since the only members of rbow who are out of level protection have barely done it and will be slammed back into it with a hit or two. Rudedog: He is patient and who knows it may not happen until they are ALL out of level protection. He is the Josey Wales of [RL]. He lives by the blood feud. Mandalorian: Do you feel your standing on the forum imply responsibility on your part? Rudedog: Please clarify the question? Mandalorian: Now back to current affair do you have an opinion on the war between Hordes and BOB, SIR, UFKA, RFA, The millionaire and his wife, The movie star ,The professor and Mary Ann… Rudedog: Mary Ann was way hotter in my book because she wasn't a skank but I want to know why they didn't make a bamboo bicycle powered outrigger and have Gilligan ride his butt off to get them the heck off that island. Mandalorian: So many unanswered questions, that's why we are here, but, nevertheless, do you think it is acceptable... Rudedog: That a gang bang is an acceptable form of war? Mandalorian: Well the hordes are much higher in rank...and I believe they initiated it. Rudedog: I fell that if you HAVE to gang up on someone to the point where the fleets are that numerous against one enemy than you really don't have much testicular fortitude Mandalorian: I asked Cyjake111 this, is this big guild war going anywhere or are they just sitting at JGs and looking at each other? Are they fighting or not? Rudedog: Who really knows anymore with everyone trying to emulate the stack’ em up system used by CORM Mandalorian: Leads to stalemate doesn't it? Rudedog: You spell it S T A G N A T I O N ! Mandalorian: Care to comment on the HoC battle? Rudedog: Who's HoC? Comment enough? Rudedog: I hereby apologize to anyone in HoC that I have offended by not knowing who they are but I get eleventy messages a day and none of them are from you guys wanting to either pay to join my fan club or hear my bones be crushed by an oncoming convoy of Toys for Tots trucks. Mandalorian: Hall of Chosen was the name of the III jump gate battle where millions were lost. Rudedog: I tried to watch the antics but some slack jawed *beep* shot my evil wicked mean and nasty scout ship so I went on with my routine and I must have forgotten that they feel it was the most epic battle ever fought in the big SLOTH war that is (?) going on. Again, None of them wanted to pay to be in my fan club or hear my bone crushed, so I was less cognizant of the goings on there Mandalorian: CoRM lies at the top of the ranks, yet per player numbers favours BORG, care to speculate on how all this will end? Rudedog: If I were to bet on anything other than WWE wrestling matches, I would bet that IF no one else were involved the war would go on forever since CoRM's latest fighting style has taken on that of a slug frozen in time once all of the best targets of opportunity have been exhausted and retaken over and over while BORG has no problem hitting bases. Rudedog: I tried to watch the antics but some slack jawed faggit shot my evil wicked mean and nasty scout ship so I went on with my routine and I must have forgotten that they feel it was the most epic battle ever fought in the big SLOTH war that is (?) going on. Mandalorian: Alot of guild have been taking on protectorates, will that "freeze" the alpha server? Rudedog: A lot of the smaller guilds are preyed upon by stronger guilds and far outnumbered and outclassed, I feel this is a natural progression as they feel the need to align themselves with larger guilds to ensure their survival. The day of the JOIN OR DIE threats is over. I am proud to say that [RL] was one of the first guilds to actually help more of the little guys along than we have ever hurt. Its a game so EVERYONE deserves to have FUN and not be farmed by the "Elitist" guilds Mandalorian: Agreed, Will RL step up to prevent these injustices again? Rudedog: I think people are surprised to find out that I have already intervened in many cases to try to stop what I see are injustices. If need be, yes, we will step up. Mandalorian: Then again being farmed is a quick way out of noobishness Rudedog: Being farmed is a way to make a player end up quitting the game. If we make take one second to define farming… Mandalorian: Please Rudedog: Farming is, by MY understanding, the holding of a base long enough to make the player discouraged enough to quit the game or disband bases. Of course everyone's threshold is different but if you hold a base with minimal force and then let them fight a bit, it gives them experience and it becomes a tough game and not a lost cause. If you dump a titan on a guy who cannot even build enough fleet to kill it in a week you are pressing an unfair advantage, thus FARMING Mandalorian: or a levi, been there suffered that Rudedog: yes that is my point.
