| - Loyal, confident and efficient leader Zuka is optimistic about the future. Like all Elites, is keen to do things in an honorable manner—though he is more flexible when it comes to equipment, weapons, and vehicles. His hatred of the Jiralhanae doesn't seem to be as strong or destructive as that of other Sangheili. Zuka 'Soramee is always honest to his troops. He teaches honesty to his troops so they can build integrity, trustworthiness, and confidence. He hates to be let down and pushed aside. This causes him to be ashamed of himself and lowers his ability to become an effective leader.
- Khrushchev has always been a good diplomat, knowing his way out of almost every scenario to get the advantage he needs. He also bargains with other factions to meet the needs of his allies and teammates. He plays to win in any scenario, and does not move out into battle unless he has an advantage over his opponents, and is a charismatically soft-spoken opportunist and sinister manipulator.
- Lex Norsan is the primary field master. He cares for his troops during battle and is always optimistic for the future. He can be a little aggressive to his troops, only to push them towards the objective. Lex Norsan is well cooperative with his allies. He works hand in hand with his teammates and superiors to achieve the groups goals. Lex Norsan admires himself and has a great deal of pride. He believes that his pride helps him in battles when it only it brings teamwork to a minimum. He admires his own achievements and accomplishments.
- A classic soldier, Zule was always at home on the battlefield, having built up a reputation as a pure and uncomplicated warrior. He disliked the slowness that civilian life took, as he enjoyed the adrenaline rushing in the midst of combat. He cared deeply for those under his command, the sympathy which proved well when he retired to briefly become a trainer. He was also easy to trust due to his honesty and lack of deceiving. He was known to fight to protect what was important to him, fearing little from commanding officers. His ability to consider other's opinions could've made him a good politician, if he ever cared to be. Despite his high rank of Fleetmaster, he hated commanding warships, only ever at peace on the battlefield alongside his troops.
- Like Andromeda, Thel is calm and and efficient leader. He spends less time fighting on the ground and more time commanding ships. He is confident in his abilities when it comes to his position. He is sure to do the right thing with confidence when the situation fits the clans needs. He is also often impatient when it come to having to wait for orders or something specific to be carried out. He wants to get things done eagerly, thus getting the quantity accomplished instead of quality.
- An ambitious individual, Fal was not one to sit back and let others do his work for him. Indeed, he believed in leading by examples, putting much effort into achieving his goals. Though he already had his life planned out in his early years, he was still resilient enough to come back from life-changing disasters; his near-death on Harvest to becoming a key political figure is proof of that. Like Zule, Fal was driven by principles and values, rather than ambition for power. His time in the High Council made him hard to trust, except those he knew long ago. Lastly, he holds a deep respect in his friends, and always does all he can to ensure their safety... even when Sev inadvertently destroyed much of his political progress, he still kept an eye on other politicians who wished to have him assassinated or publicly shamed.
- He developed a great hatred of Doctor Tyler Reed, thinking that Tyler had belittled him. The hatred he felt towards Tyler, caused him to go mad and he became sadistic, vengeful, and power-hungry.

*Friendly - Can make easy alliances with others. Having or showing the feelings that friends have for each other.

*Intelligent- Knows how to outsmart his opponents and can solve problems and conflicts.

- Alex appears to be calm and professional when it comes down to police business. He enjoys conversation and is easily approachable. He does not handle interrogation, but is better at confronting and gathering information from witnesses and victims. He has a wife and two kids.

Biography
| - Alex was born and raised in D.C. He graduated at a well-respected university with a MS in Criminal Justice - Legal Studies. After he joined the local police department where he participated in many cases and met Henry Jackson. They worked together, becoming friends. He also partook in the case of Walter Richardson, where he met Ryan Wilson and Josh Konaree. After many cases of working together, he joined the UEG Police department working on the main cases while Ryan working with Ghost Company.
- Chol Von was a T'vaoan shipmistress during the Human-Covenant War on the missionary ship, Paragon. She have four sons who she was forced to take care of alone due to her mate leaving her. During the Great Schism she lost her ship. In the aftermath of the war she was present at a summit on Dal'koth, a Kig-Yar asteroid colony, to discuss what to do with present affairs of the galaxy and what steps the Kig-Yar should take. Chol Von proposed a united Kig-Yar military and government to defend Kig-Yar space from outside treats. Some agreed to her proposal while most of them rejected her ideas. At the end of the summit she was contacted by Avu Med 'Telcam, the leader of the Servants of the Abiding Truth. He hired her to track down and deliver a Covenant battlecruiser, the Pious Inquisitor. Chol accepted the contract but instead wanted to take the cruiser for herself. Her hunt for the cruiser eventually paid off but she and her crew met problem after problem from then on. The ship's Huragok, Sometimes Sinks, slowed them down and a ONI led Spartan team also boarded the ship, wanting to capture it for research. Chol Von, rapidly losing the ship to the Spartans decided to detonate the shi's plasma torpedo storage while she fled with what few crew members she had left. With the Pious Inquisitor destroyed, she returned to Venezia. Here she stayed until she met with the San'Shyuum, Yun'da'Klem. He offered her a chance to fulfill her ideals of a united Kig-Yar nation. She agreed and the two trekked down a Jiralhanae CSO-class Supercarrier. The two successfully captured the supercarrier and then spent weeks planning and plotting how to unite the Kig-Yar. Chol Von approached many high-ranking Kig-Yar and with the supercarrier to back up her claims she was able to gather many followers. SOme, however, still opposed the idea and a civil war broke out. After months of fighting Chol Von and her faction came out on top and she proclaimed herself queen of the Y'Deio system.
- Through Andromeda's teachings, Thel has became an acceptable shipmaster, he has never wanted to climb up the ranks, but stay in the position of shipmaster, due to his interest in commanding huge ships and carriers. He was trained by Andromeda on how to command the Shadow of Retribution and serves as the primary shipmaster when Andromeda is on ground missions.
- Sarah is a technical analyst for the UEG Police department. She helps out by giving important information to those who need it.
- A strong figure for the local insurrection on a remote human colony. He was known for being quite charismatic and able to easily rally people behind him. He was a local political on his homeworld and openly supported the planet's independence from the UEG both before and after the Created Conflict. He was also the only person on Claire-G115's hit-list that survived the Created's occupation of the planet. He joined forces with the stranded SPARTAN to ignite a resistance on the planet and came to trust the SPARTAN a little, a trust that was sourly misplaced. After the planet was liberated was Richard elected as the political head of state but was soon after assassinated by Claire before she departed the planet. She told him that ONI destroy the colony with nuclear weapons while he bled out on the floor of his office.
- Gabriel was a "smart" AI and former assistant to Doctor Tyler Reed. He was developed to manage almost everything, especially matters related to technology, in Tyler's life, but things got out of hand when he wanted to take control of his life entirely. When Tyler deemed Gabriel to be too dangerous to work with, he was obsessed with ruining his life forever and vowed revenge to kill him. Gabriel hunted down Tyler's closest co-workers and killed them off one by one in search for answers to his creators wereabouts. After Gabriel eliminated anything that could be traced back to him, he slipped into a local prison's systems, disabled all security measures, and freed Doctor Jacob Archer. Jacob gave all the information he had on Tyler, including his last known location. Learning the location of Tyler and finding him in an abandoned factory, he did not listening to reason, and attempted to kill Tyler. He held Tyler down using restraint fields and then attempted to kill him using Doctor Jones Archer's spider-bots but was distracted and deactivated by Jason Miller and Emily Walker.
- A close friend of Sev 'Ikavowattinrzo and Zule 'Wattinrai, Fal was a skilled combatant with ambitions to be a famous swordsman. When he signed up with the military, his unknown father had it arranged for him and Zule to join the famous Chri-Boras'Musa Combined Legion, an elite unit which accepted only the best soldiers into its ranks. Here, he participated in several small conflicts against heretics. His first true battle was during the , when he was reunited with Sev, fighting in the streets of until he apparently sacrificed himself to allow his lance to escape.
Surviving by the skin of his teeth, Fal had most of the bones in his body broken, making him bound to a hover-throne for the rest of his life. While his dream crushed, he returned home to begin training as the next Kaidon of his keep. His long years of political organisation and maneuvering paid off, when he was offered to become an Councilor on , first as a district manager and then as a prominent Councilor of the . He spent most of his time combating corruption in the Council, attempting to equalise the power difference between the San 'Shyuum and the other species. When Sev arrived to High Charity to settle down, it was Fal who convinced him to become a councilor. He elevated Sev to his second-in-command, and Sev's little time in the Council allowed Fal to become a very powerful opponent to the Hierarchs, opposing bills which conflicted with his agendas. When Sev left, sabotage within his voting bloc led to its unstable disintegration, something he accused Sev of ruining. He later died soon after Delta Halo was discovered, executed by the Jiralhanae to demoralize the remaining Sangheili councilors. However, his influenced lived on in Sev, who followed his example to become a right and just leader of the .
- Henry is Alex's partner in police business. He is a lower-ranking detective, but is still capable at solving homicidal crimes. He has a wife and a son.
- Another one of Sev 'Ikavowattinrzo's closest friends, Zule had first met him as a child. Born as a middle-class citizen, Zule was trained by Avu 'Bulumeeai, an unskilled swordsman who could train extremely-skilled warriors. He joined Fal's lance in the Chri-Boras'Musa Combined Legion, after his skills impressed their executives. He was witness to Fal's subsequent death on Harvest, and was permanently assigned to Sev's lance for the duration of the war. He was one of the few Sangheili who served throughout the entire war without retiring, having turned down an offer to join the Honour Guardsmen so he can continue to fight on the front lines.
Zule was one of the signatories for the resistance movement against the Covenant, and later staged a direct assault on High Charity when he learnt Sev was awaiting execution, later fighting at the war's end on . He was able to convince Thel 'Vadum to adopt himself and Sev as his bodyguards, though Zule left the position after 2558 to become a skilled general in the army. He fought against the Jiralhanae until 2568, when he official retired due to his age to become a qualified swordsman and trainer to the next generation of soldiers. He returned to service in 2575, when renewed attacks by the Covenant Loyalists prompted his call to arms, and again fought alongside Sev. He was a witness to Sev's death when the Loyalist's heads were assassinated, burying his long friend. His last battle was the Battle of Blooded Sins during the Sangheili-Yanme'e Border Wars, when he led a suicide charge against a reinforced hive. His legacy continues to live on, as a warrior as legendary as he deserves to be.
- Born on 2535, in the city of St. Petersburg in the Russian Empire. Dimitri Khrushchev advanced himself through the ranks in the Russian Empire, amongst the chaos during the Siege of Volgograd . Leaving his men to their fate wasn't an uncommon practice to him. He later joined the Russian Criminal Syndicate to help support Gorbachev's aims.
- Jul 'Fornam witnessed his family get killed by the Covenant Remnant. He then retaliated by taking out a few members of the clan, but he was no match for them and was knocked out cold. Jul later awoken in a prison cell. During the long and hard events that took place he waited for the perfect opportunity to escape, he ran for his life trying to find shelter. After few days had passed he managed to stumble upon the Covenant Separatists and he was recruited as a Minor. He trained long and hard and succeeded many battles. Jul later became a Major and later joined the Sangheili Alliance. He swore that he would one day take down the Remnant and continue helping out the Sangheili Separatists.
- Lex Norsan was an elite in the Human-Covenant War. He was a minor and slowly increased through the ranks to field master. How? By fighting hard towards his opponents he was ready to show leadership, and he proved it! Andromeda Vadum picked Lex Norsan because of his leadership skills, co-operation and his loyalty to his troops. In 2560, Lex helped Andromeda retake the Sangheili state of Chavam from the Draco's Covenant Remnant. In 2573, he led a small strike team to search for the Apple of Eden. In 2600, he engaged in battle with Crimson Circle elites to take back the Order of the Assassins castle-like structure and claimed victory, although his lance had suffered many casualties.
- Zuka 'Soramee is the secondary field master. While other field masters may follow, Zuka has proven himself to be an efficient warrior and leader. He is a skilled tactician when it comes to planning attacks and is a great strategist. In 2560, he served in the Sanghelios Police Department as a trainer and mentor towards Josh Konaree and the two became good friends. In 2600, Zuka suffered from a fatal stabbing outside the war college. Josh rushed to the scene and ordered for Zuka 'Chavam to help him, but 'Soram became unconscious.
- Veronica Anders was the Commander-in-Chief of the Office of Naval Intelligence, inheriting the role from Admiral after the end of the Post War. She was responsible for Operation:TURNCOAT, a operation that involved using criminals to take down other rival criminals within the criminal underworld. Although the operation benefited both ONI as well as many criminals, including negotiations of plea bargains, it was viewed negatively by other agents within ONI itself. She had been caught red-handed by Andrew Cross, who presumed that her work had been unmoral and had encouraged criminal activity to the point where it had become rampant. Although this had been a false statement and she was only working to secure ONI's interests, she was executed immediately without trial.
