The Innocent Town ia a location in the Item World found in Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories and onwards. The Innocent Town can be entered by clearing 10 floors in any Item World but it will not always show up. Any Specialists the player subdued before hand will appear in the town. The chance to enter Innocent Town can be increased in Disgaea 3: Absence of Justice by having characters be part of the Wednesday Team Club. The Medic heals your party, the Gatekeeper allows you to leave or stay in the Item World and the Item Assembly NPC allows you to pass bills to increase an Item's stats. * Mana Costs may vary from each game There is always a Gatekeeper and a Healer but the Item Assembly NPC will not always show up. NPC's also include the subdued innocents, some storyline characters such as Axel or the Diez Gentlemen. Events in Innocent Town may yield items, gained by talking to an NPC a certain amount of times or it may even unlock new bills.
