G. A. Lodise (born February 21, 1974) is an American writer of novellas and novels. His books include "The Farthest Reaches" (Createspace, 2008) and "Inside the Circle" (Createspace, 2008), both part of "The Others Trilogy". He has worked as a journalist, editorial director and program manager for The Odyssey: World Trek for Service and Education and The Odyssey: US Trek, both online resources for K-12 classrooms. He currently lives in Hawai'i with his family.

He has worked as a journalist, editorial director and program manager for The Odyssey: World Trek for Service and Education and The Odyssey: US Trek, both online resources for K-12 classrooms. G. A. Lodise has lived in the South Pacific, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Hawai'i although he was born in Santa Barbara, CA. Originally wanting to be an anthropological filmmaker he attended San Francisco State University from 1997 - 1999 and earned a B.A. in cinema production with a minor in anthropology. He currently lives in Hawai'i with his family.
