Somehow he once got an idea about founding a powerful organization and recruited all the bald people on his planet, he also created a time machine to travel to the Prequel and Original Trilogies and recruit sith lords like Darth Sidious, TR-8R, General Grievous, Darth Maul among others. Thus, Snoke's organization which he named First Order became the most feared in the galaxy.
