The Erui (S. "First River") was the tributary of the Anduin which marked the boundary between Lebennin and the southern extremity of Anórien. The Erui was shallow and unnavigable. It possessed several fordable points, but only one bridge, at Minas Arthor, where it was crossed by the Rathon Gondor. This crossing was the site of the battle that decisively ended the oppressive reign of Castamir the Usurper in T.A. 1447.

- The river Erui was one of the rivers which arose in the White Mountains. It was not counted amongst the Seven Rivers of Gondor. The river began near Mount Mindolluin in the White Mountains, flowing south through the province of Lossarnach, where it met the Anduin about 100 Númenórean miles south of Minas Tirith. During the Kin-strife of Gondor, the Battle of Erui was fought at the Crossings of Erui that lay on the way to Pelargir.
- Erui (sin. samotny, pojedynczy) – rzeka w Gondorze, dopływ Anduiny.
