Viss was a male bodyguard to Rej Taunt, an up and coming crime lord on Nar Shaddaa in 18 BBY. He went to school with Bammy Decree but was expelled. Immediately afterward, he took up work as Taunt's bodyguard. He was a very tall, sturdy man. He accompanied Taunt aboard the Second Chance to the Tion Cluster, where they were to meet with a race named the Colicoids. They were supposed to be trading Eopie meat for buzz droids. The effort of loading the cargo made Viss stretch his neck out, by doing this he sent the Colicoids into a feeding frenzy. A swarm of the bug-like creatures devoured him.
