The New Order become a bureaucracy unto itself in the form of COMPNOR (the Commission for the Preservation of the New Order). The Empire, through its various programs, primarily COMPNOR, sought to sow the ideals of the New Order in every living being, blinding them to reality and creating a plethora of loyal, fanatical beings, ready to give their lives for the New Order (as seen with the Stormtroopers.)

- The New Order was founded as a far-right nationalist party in 3965 in Salubris, Uwakah (ironically, one of the most left-wing places in the nation). The party was founded with extremist right-wing views. Believing that centuries of leftist "liberalism" had completely trashed the "traditional" values that they believed built up Kirlawa. In their eyes, there was no like-minded force in the government powerful enough to take down the leftists who ruled it. And that most right-wing parties were either leftists masquerading as Conservatives, or weren't powerful or radical enough to seriously change anything within the nation. Thus, the New Order was founded.

- "New Order" (Japanese: NO(ニューオーダーズ) Nyū Ōdāzu, New Orders) is an anime-only series of LIGHT Xyz Monsters with various Types (primarily Beast and Reptile) used by Eliphas in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime. Each card in the series is a Ranked-Up version of the previous monster, which can be accomplished by the cards "Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force" and "Ascension Spiral". These two cards allow monsters to be Ranked Up by two Ranks rather than one - a feature that this series is the first to use. The name "New Order" ties in with the various ideas of a New World Order, which their user has established in the Astral World by diverting the entire world's resources towards "Ranking Up" the inhabitants.
