On the surface?... I shouldn't think you'd be able to see them at all because the "surface" if there is indeed a solid surface, is shrouded in thousands of kilometres of thick cloud (much denser cloud than anything we have on Earth, including the most extreme mid-day darkness you can imagine during the worst thunderstorm you've ever lived through).
