  • The following is a list of episodes for Season 18.
  • Season 18 aired from September 10, 2006 with "The Mook, the Chef, the Wife and Her Homer" to May 20, 2007 with the 400th episode "You Kent Always Say What You Want". A DVD version will be released on December 5, 2017.
  • The eighteenth season of the television series will begin airing on August 25th 2014 in the UK and on October 17th 2014 in the US. It will contain twenty-six episodes. Like the seventeenth season, five episodes were released on DVD in the USA before airing on television.
  • The season was first announced on June 21, 2013 and was in production throughout 2013 and 2014. Storyboarding began around early December 2013. It is the third one produced by 9 Story Entertainment. There were 10 episodes in it. Lydia was going to appear in this season, but the episode "Little Miss Meanie" was made part of season 19 instead.
  • The eighteenth season of the television series began airing on 25 August 2014 in the UK and on 4 November 2014 in the US. It contained twenty-six episodes. Like the seventeenth season, six episodes were released on DVD in the US before airing on television. It concluded in the UK on 31 July 2015.

It was the last season of the original series to have an autumn-to-spring broadcast schedule and the last to have an autumn start until Season 23. After this season, the number of episodes per season began to decline, after a relatively stable episode count for the whole of the 1970s.
  • Season Gay-teen was the final string of stories that concluded the Fourth Doctor era. If the previous sentence didn't fucking give it away, it was Tom Baker's seventh and final season in the role; he would however later reprise the role for the Big Finish audios, The Day of the Doctor and shit. Lalla Ward returns as the Sexy Romana (no awkward off-screen between-season regeneration to replace an unwilling actor here, folks!) as does John Leeson as K-9. They were however phoning it in this time like they really didn't wanna be there, and it's not hard to see why with the arrival of Matthew Waterhouse as Adric. Romana and K9 deliberately sealed themselves in a pocket universe, with the Fourth Doctor committing seppuku, just to get away from him. Also there were two bland bitches there by the
