| - The Flying Fortress was an enormous vehicle purchased by the Maggia.
- Flying Fortress was Dharak Colossus' Special Ability on Bakugan Dimensions.
- Flying Fortress is a ritual introduced in Unearthed Arcana, concerning Strongholds. [Dr395] As an unearthed arcana ritual, it is not considered to be part of normal gameplay. The ritual causes the stronghold and a quantity of earth beneath it to rise 100 feet into the air and remain there. The fortress gains a hover fly speed of 6. When in the stronghold, you can use a move action to let for fortress fly up to its speed in any direction. If the fortress impacts any object, it comes to a stop.
- Flying Fortress is a Very Rare Town Enchantment belonging to the File:Icon Sorcery.png realm. It may only be cast on a friendly Town on the overland map. For the base Casting Cost of File:Icon Mana.png , the spell's effect is to prevent File:Icon Movement Ground.png and File:Icon Movement Water.png units from entering or leaving the town limits during combat. The effect lasts as long as you keep paying its Upkeep Cost of File:Icon Mana.png per turn, or as long as it is not dispelled or canceled manually.
- The Flying Fortress, also known as Sky Castle or Floating Castle, is a location from the original Final Fantasy only accessible through the Mirage Tower. In the NES and MSX versions, in a significant plot twist, it was revealed on entry to be a purely-technological satellite station in high stellar orbit above the planet, allowing the stars to be seen in the background; the releases starting with the WonderSwan Color version changed it into a more traditional castle in the clouds, albeit still made with, and possessed of, technology significantly more advanced than anything on the surface. This structure is where the Wind Crystal rests and where the Fiend of Wind, Tiamat, awaits the Warriors of Light.

This structure is where the Wind Crystal rests and where the Fiend of Wind, Tiamat, awaits the Warriors of Light. An even greater threat exists on the bridge leading to Tiamat's lair: the powerful machine of death known as the Warmech.
Note: This spell's tooltip indicates that it was originally meant to prevent enemy non-Flying units from attacking the town at all. It was also supposed to allow the town owner's Walking troops to leave the town region during the battle - only preventing them from going back in. These effects would've made Flying Fortress extremely potent, not to mention justifying its high Casting Cost and Upkeep Cost. However, due to a Known Bug, this protection does not work at all.
