Vaiśravaṇa (Sanskrit: वैश्रवण) or Vessavaṇa Pāli: वेस्सवण, Sinhala: වෛශ්රවණ) also known as Jambhala, is the name of the chief of the Four Heavenly Kings and an important figure in Buddhist mythology.
