| - Braxis was a male Pho Ph'eahian Imperial Senator during the early days of the Galactic Empire.
- Braxis is considered one of the most inhospitable worlds in the sector. Over sixty percent of the rocky planet is covered in ice sheets, some of which are over two miles thick. Glacial erosion has created a network of steep, jagged mountain ranges and valleys over the millennia. Violent gusts of gravity-induced katabatic winds can reach speeds of up to one hundred and fifty miles per hour in these areas. The permafrost allows little in the way of plant life and winter storms constantly sweep across its plains. The planet is home to the ursadon. Like Earth, Braxis has an easterly rotation.
- Braxis was a male Pho Ph'eahian who served in the Imperial Senate during the early days of the Galactic Empire. The senator spoke to the newly declared head of the Empire, Emperor Palpatine, via hologram in 19 BBY, one month after the declaration of the New Order, while the latter was on the Imperial capital planet of Coruscant. During the exchange, Braxis sought aid for the planet he represented, which Palpatine had previously promised him, though the Emperor denied the aid on the grounds that he could not intervene in local politics. Braxis protested, but was cut off before he could finish as the Emperor turned off the hologram.
- Braxis is an icy world on the fringes of Terran Dominion space. It had seen many skirmishes involving the Dominion, the United Earth Directorate and Kerrigan's Zerg.
- Braxis was the science officer of the USS Pioneer since 2378. (Star Trek: Pioneer)
