Team competition on the large hill (HS 140) was the final ski jumping event in Sochi 2014. It took place on 17th February 2014 in the RusSki Gorki Jumping Center. 12 teams, representing 12 countries, competed in the first round, and 8 of them took part in the finale. Team of Germany (represented by Andreas Wank, Marinus Kraus, Andreas Wellinger and Severin Freund) won the Olympic Champions title, becoming the only ski jumping team with 3 Olympic gold medals (other 2 received in Lillehammer 1994 and Salt Lake City 2002. Silver was taken by Team Austria, and bronze went to Team Japan.
