German submarine U-867 was a Type IXC/40 U-boat of the Nazi German Kriegsmarine built for service during the Second World War. She was ordered on 25 August 1941 and laid down in Bremen, Germany on 5 February 1943, being launched on 24 August 1943. She had one commander, Kapitän Arved von Mühlendahl, for her two patrols. She had a complement of 60. U-867 was sunk on 19 September 1944 north-west of Bergen, Norway. Depth charges were dropped from a British RAF B-24 Liberator which sank her.
