On their way back to the Qomar homeworld, the shuttle's propulsion system was damaged by the scanning beam of the USS Voyager. Voyager brought the shuttle's crew aboard, repaired their shuttle, and healed their injured. While in sickbay, unhappy about working with the "primitive" holographic Doctor, she and her associates heard The Doctor hum a song. They were fascinated by it, as their race had never heard anything like music. She served as the intermediary between the planet's Prelate Koru and the Voyager, as he requested a concert aboard Voyager. Afterward, when The Doctor became a celebrity on the planet, she served as the Qomar representative to The Doctor. He even inspired her to create a musical composition of her own, which he wasn't able to perform. She asked him to stay on the planet, and he believed she had developed a romantic interest in him. However, he realized she hadn't, when she developed a new, better singing hologram. The Doctor had a final performance, and then Tincoo revealed her new holographic construct. Nachdem die Voyager die Heimatwelt der Qomar erreicht hat, ruft sie das Schiff und stellt Captain Janeway den Prälaten Koru vor. Dieser handelt mit Janeway aus, dass der Doktor ein Konzert für die Qomar gibt. Sie selbst besucht dieses Konzert im Kasino der Voyager. Anschließend lädt Koru den Doktor zu einem Konzert auf dem Planeten ein. Tincoo schlägt als Auftrittsort einen Hörsaal der Universität vor. Jedoch meint der Doktor, dass dieser nicht die akustischen Voraussetzungen bietet. Daraufhin konstruieren sie ein Opernhaus, in dem der Doktor schließlich auftritt. Von dieser Erfahrung ist der Doktor so überwältigt, dass er mit dem Gedanken spielt, das Schiff zu verlassen. Um ihm die Trennung zu ersparen, entwickelt Tincoo jedoch ein neues Hologramm, dass noch bessere Gesangsfähigkeiten als der Doktor besitzt. Nach dem letzten Konzert des Doktors präsentiert sie ihr Hologramm und erntet von den Qomar stürmischen Beifall. (VOY: ) Tincoo wurde von Kamala Lopez Dawson gespielt und von Heidrun Bartholomäus synchronisiert.
