| - The Plasma Whip is a weapon, also one of the Plasma Weapons. It is a normal old whip, but since it is made of Plasma, it has the ability to remold it's shape and sting hard. It alters damage.

- Plasma Whip is Zero Suit Samus' Side Special Move. It shoots the Plasma Whip forward a long distance, with small knockback and damage throughout its length, except for a fairly large sweetspot at the tip.
- In Up Your Arsenal, it can be upgraded to the Quantum Whip, and upon reaching challenge mode, can be upgraded to the Mega Quantum Whip. In Secret Agent Clank, it can be upgraded to the Plasma Cord.
- Plasma Whip (プラズマウィップ, Purazuma Uippu) is Zero Suit Samus's side special move. Samus thrusts her whip at the opponent. The tip has a strong sweetspot that will do more damage and knockback, while the body of the whip is weaker but can push opponents to the sweetspot of the attack. With its good range and relatively fast speed, this move is one of Zero Suit Samus' best tools, which can aid in both spacing and approaching. It can cancel out certain Super Armor moves like Black Mage's dash attack. If the opponent gets hit when very close to Samus, the move will have three hits, the startup, the "normal" first hit, and the sweet spot.
- The Plasma Whip is an attack performed by Zero Suit Samus in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It is her side special move, and is an electric whip fired from her Paralyzer with small knockback and damage. The move is a little laggish after extending, but comes out at almost the speed of a Smash Attack. In the air it can also be used as a Tether Recovery, like the Plasma Wire, her up special, which also fires the Plasma Whip. However, both attacks differ from each other in that the Plasma Whip has longer horizontal range, but much less vertical range, giving Zero Suit Samus several options for Tether recovering, depending on whether she is level with or below the ledge.
