Party buses are primarily used for, although not limited to, weddings, proms and bachelor and bachelorette parties as well as round trips to casinos, nights on the town, personalized drop offs and pick ups at various bars and nightclubs, birthdays, trips to the races and city tours. While some party buses are used for week long tours and events, most are used for day trips and events. Most party buses, however, operate as a vehicle for hire, providing more accessible competition to limousines and taxicabs. Some party buses are fitted out for use as a mobile entertainment centre for kids parties. were they dont carry passengers but are driven to a customers house or parked on a village hall car park near by. Then children's entertainers such as clowns, jugglers, and magicians etc operate out of the bus which may also contain a sound & video system and bring items like a bouncy castle etc for the kids to play on along with other attractions dependant on the age group.
