  • Last time, during Mission 7, Trent, Juni, Sinclair, and Quintaine were forced to flee Bretonia when Rheinland forces tracked them to Planet Leeds. Fleeing to the Tau Border Worlds with the help of Tobias, our heroes fight through an entire fleet of Rheinlanders to meet the mysterious Colonel Kress, who turns out to be a contact within the Order. After Quintaine tells Kress that the scientists need the Proteus Tome from Kusari to complete their work on the Dom'Kavash Artifact, Trent and Juni fly to the Kyushu system to meet with Lord Hakkera to discuss plans to retrieve the tome. Unfortunately, Lord Hakkera says that acquiring the tome will be difficult. Meanwhile, Juni suggests that Trent "try to fit in" and get some work.
  • Players are given one of Doc Overbuild's first scanners and must position the pieces. When all the pieces are put in the slots, it will reveal how many big parts and small parts are in the correct positions. Once all the pieces are put in the right positions, they will turn and will produce a code. Players need to work out the code with the minifigure alphabet translator and enter it into the code bar. If players get it correct, minifigs will be sent into the LEGO Universe. If done fast enough, players will get a time bonus, which will send even more minifigs into the universe.

  • This Mission involves traveling to the Union system to look for Thomas Boyle who will lead you to the Deep Science Station at Thynome. Once you reach Suttnar, Brent Snocom will contact you and tell you that Lieutenant Boyle was kidnapped, and tracked to Kappa. Fly to Kappa and in the hangar, arm the 10 free EMP GL I. At the first waypoint, 3 ships appear. These are not the kidnappers, so start shooting immediatley. At the second waypoint, there is only one enemy, who identifies himself as the kidnapper. Use one EMP bomb to disable his ship. The rest of the mission is just dialogue and background story. At the end of the mission, Lieutenant Boyle gives you the coordinates to Wolf-Reiser .
