For a brief period of time, it was imported to the United States, but sales ended, due to the yo-yo (along with its counterpart, the Blue Angel) violating several U.S. yo-yo patents at the time. As of current, Spintastics and Yoyoplay are the only known companies in the U.S. to distribute the Trick Assassin.
