During the maddness of Ragnarök, he was saved by Sena, who sacrificed himself to a Mountain Giant to save Demicres and Denisen. After Sena's death, Demicres single-handedly defeated the giant, with the golden sword he had aquired from Lenna during the Setonian War. Demicres met his end while attempting to slay the Níðhöggr.
