| - House of Potter is a noble family, originating as a branch of the original Potter family, or more specifically, the descendants of Nicholas Potter and Elizabeth Irving, the 3rd Duchess of Inverness. The most recent split in family occurred with the birth of Alfred Potter, forming the Alfredian branch. As such, the descendants of Alfred's older brother Henry came to be known as the Henrian line. Until the death of James Potter, all the heads of this branch of the Potter family held the title of Duke of Inverness, until it was inherited by the House of Habsburg-Anemas. While currently not holding any title proper, the House of Potter is due to inherit the title of Duke of Fürstenberg in the person of Matthew Potter II, also the heir presumptive to the title of Duke of Inverness. The current head of house is Matthew Potter II, Prince of Fürstenberg.
