- Epona is Link's horse. She appears in Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, and Twilight Princess. HaRRicH thinks she would make a great GameFAQs Contest entrant, and in 2010 he somehow convinced over 100 other Board 8ers to pledge their support for this horse in the upcoming Character Battle, marking one of the most successful character rallies in site history. HaR calls Epona-supporters "The Stable"; see below for the full listing.
- Epona is a collaboratively created, highly detailed alien world with a goal of being very plausible. The project has a long list of participants coordinated by the editors Martyn J. Elle fait également une apparition dans The Minish Cap, à côté de Malon qui vend son lait dans la cité d'Hyrule. Son nom doit son origine à une divinité celtique gauloise, qui est représentée par un cheval.

- Epona is Link's horse. She is used mainly by Link for faster travel across the overworld. Epona is named after a Celtic goddess of horses, and has a unique song called "Epona's Song" which is often used as a way to tame and/or summon her. She first appeared in the Nintendo 64 video game The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and later appeared in the Wii and Nintendo GameCube video game The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, where Wolf Link was able to talk to her for the first time.
